I really need to lower my car, I can't stand the stock look. My problem is that I have a body kit and It is allready low to the ground. I just want to lower my car about an inch. Should I get springs or coilovers. Im kinda tight on money and can't afford to get struts yet. What should I get? tia

well i'd suggest lookin for used springs. i believe that Eibach Prokits are supposed to lower 1.3in. oh yeah i wouldn't half ass anything when it comes to your suspension. u might be kicking yourself down the line, save your dough for struts too.

I agree with clay, suspensions r like women, u gotta spend money on them to get some enjoyment out of them, Coilovers give u the option if u later want to go lower than 1.3, with a body kit its highly reccomended, why? to keep u from ripping the front off and secondly it depends on ur driving habits. If u just want to get down and inch or 2 Eibach has some good springs, sportline or prokits, get them new if u can afford they come with a warranty. Do ur self a favor and save ur cash and do it right the first time.

i would say get eibach pro kit springs, coil depending which kind will make some weird noises... if you must adjust your height get coils but i would not.. i bet you scrap already not lowered with that front bumper.. pro kit should make it look nice i got it and love them.. also your camber wont be off too much just the rear mostly... if you get sportline you will be dame low and scrap everywhere plus camber will be off alot... and pro kit has a stiffer ride then sportline.. sportline is more of a 'look ' thing... its on you..

i'm not sure but i think good coilovers cost as much as a spring+struts combo, get eibach or H&R, they are both good springs. and no need to upgrade the struts right now, but after me spending 3 different days (putting springs, putting camber kit, putting shocks) it's a PITA, you will want to do it one time only, believe me.
