I think it's the crossmember. I need a new one after my accident and need to add it to my parts list for my my adjuster tomorrow. The stabilizer bar brackets, centermember, lower lateral control arms, and stays are all connected to it.

Also, I tried to find one on car-part.com... what would it be listed as?

No... I just found out that it's the crossmember. Not recalled as far as I know. It's going to be a bitch to take out and replace!

From what I gather from the caps program it looks as if the part # is MR316475. Heh, from what I gather it's not a cheap part at all...doh!

Yes, it is a crossmember. We have a few, actually. The I beam from the front of the car to the back of the engine bay is also a crossmember. There is also a crossmember in the rear suspension. Make sure you get the right one.
