can anyone tell me what is included in a complete bushing kit or whats not included?

that will help..

things that arent included are of course the motor mount inserts, but the shifter bushings are included. also things related to ball joints are not part of this either. you will get all upper and lower control arm bushings. shock absorber bushings. and i believe the front or rear sway bar bushings, but not both if i remember correctly.

I need to replace the bushing that conects the rear upper control arm (i think that what its called) to the piece that comes up from the spindle. Do you know if that is included in the kit. The dealer only sells it as a unit for like $300 where as a complete urethane kit will cost the same or less.
