#10143, "How to install the front strut bar?"

Sup guys. Thanks again for last time helping me out on why my car vibrates around 65 - 85MPH.
I will try to get it fixed this weekend.

Anyway, I jsut ordered a new front strut bar adn it is here now.
But I have no clue how to install it.
I mean do I need to lift my car?
or what?
can you guys help me out and write out the steps?
Thanks man.

The car stays on the ground. Just remove the 3 nuts on each side of the strut tower. Place the bar over the tower and retighten the nuts.

Hi, but yesterday when I went to a garage, they said I can't do it myself.
They said I have to at least lift the front up until the wheels not touching the ground, then losen the nuts, otherwise, the spring coil infront will release causing a major problem??
I am not sure at all.

From waht you said, do I have to lift my car still?
I mean, do I just stop my car, pop my hood, then losen the nut and put it on?

Thanks again!

Thats BS a strutbar is prolly the easiest thing to install. Takes 5 minutes at the most. You dont need to jack up the car at all. All you have to do is like what ^^ said just take off bolts, put on bar, retighten bolts and voila instant strutbar action. Take it out on the road and try it out. emoji
Peace,
