What can I do to my car for better handling? I don't want to lower it right now because I have no idea what I really want as far as body mods. Is there much I can do without lowering?

You can add front and rear upper strut bars.....or just the front upper. That one helps with steering response the most.

Front and rear strut bars and lower as well. Better shocks.

But if you do get a kit, you will most definetely want to lower that sh!t.

no more 420A

hmm I guess the main reason people wanna lower their cars is for looks. Anyway sway bars would help, I'm guessing you have a GST from your sn so just upgrade the bars you have. Your suspension will get stiffer and roll less. I say sway bars instead of strut bars because they'll give you better handling than strut bars will have. Strut bars basically stiffen your chassis so it doesn't flex so much during corning. Those are cheaper than sways though.

you can also install lower tie bars that give your crossmembers/suspensoin more rigidity, helped out a lot.

Oh I forgot if you really want to improve your handling get better tires or wheels. That's teh first thing you should have done to get better suspension like a dumbass I did everything backwards. Check out www.vfaq.com they have an excellent faq on suspension called the 2G turn harder page and 101 Weight transfer.
