Getting the exact part to replace 1998 non turbo manual talon computer. 5269833AI, (taking out a AH)

My understanding is it shouldn't have to be flashed, right? Since it is the same car?

Just plug in and go?

Have still not had power to the coil since replacing engine, sensors, wires, fuel relay, etc....

2GNT ECUs are not flashable. Plug and go.
