#5275, "Tuning for Power/Gas milage"

Im looking for just a push in the right direction here. Ive spent all day looking over my AFR table for MS, smoothing it out and making quite a few changes to get better gas milage, and make more power. To make this easier, this is my current table.

Im pretty set on WOT close to redline being 12.5. Im wondering about around 4500-5000 though. Could I take it up to, say 13.0, try to get more power out of the torque range? As you can see from the blue, Ive also leaned quite a bit of the cruise region out, trying to get the most out of every tank I can. So what do you guys think? Room for improvement?
