#5016, "Base Maps?"

So I have 42lb injectors, accel green top, ford i guess they call them. I plan on running MSI with the V3 board. I need a base map to start my MSI. My car 1999 Mitsubishi Eclipse GS, 60-I Turbo, built bottom block, i just need a map for the fuel as thats all I need the MS for. 15psi DD. I checked around symtech labs for some base maps but they weren't close...If anyone has any maps close to this, please share them, thanks...

What's wrong with these?

http://www.symtechlabs.com/support/download_msq.php?file=227 (DOHCRT)

The injector size used in the MSQ file doesn't particularly matter, just adjust REQ_FUEL to match whatever injectors you're using.

thanks for the quick reply, can you give some more info on those links?cause I tried opening them, and they wouldn't work because I don't have the program yet?but from what i understand, as long as the base map has the same settings as my car, the injectors doesn't matter, i could just change the settings...

They're all MSQ files from here:

http://www.symtechlabs.com/support/msq_rep.php

You can download TunerStudio MS, a program to open MSQ files and tune your MegaSquirt ECU, here:

http://www.efianalytics.com/TunerStudio/

For a fuel-only installation, you primarily want an MSQ file from an application with similar displacement, induction and fuel pressure characteristics to yours (i.e. 2.0L and turbocharged). It also helps to find an MSQ file taken from a MegaSquirt ECU using the same MAP sensor as yours. Many of the other settings are trivial to change if they don't match your needs, including fuel injector size.
