Just installed my 16g and started tuning some. Boost is set to 17psi and got the AF to the low 11s. Timing is pretty low with everything in boost set to 12*. Using det cans to check for knock. When pulling 3rd all the way to 6k I get no knock at all but as soon as I hit 4th I got a little bit of knock for a sec or so. Looked at my log and when I shifted timing went to 32* or whatever its set at for that part of the map and then it took a sec to get back down to 12* which is when the knock went away. How do you guys get rid of the knock when shifting? As far as I can see its going to see alot of timing when letting off the throttle to shift and get a little bit of knock before timing drops again.

Maybe screw with your accel/decel enrich, otherwise I just leaned the crap out of the lower VE bins at high RPM to keep it from loading, because they really don't see normal driving operation anyway. Otherwise you're goin to get some knock, no matter what you do, just because of wall-wetting and all that good stuff that there will be some extra fuel. Just as long as it's only a few it shouldn't really hurt anything.
