#3361, "MS pulse width and battery voltage correction"
I have a problem w/ turning on my headlights and it affecting my pulse width and AFR. I'm idling around 13.1:1 AFR but when I turn the headlights on the pulse width increases by .2 my AFR goes to 11:1.
What is your battery voltage correction #? Mine is set at 0.2

.10 here This is from Megamanual: Battery Voltage Correction (ms/V) (BatFac) is the number of milliseconds that MegaSquirt-II adds to each fuel injection pulse to compensate for the slower opening of the injectors with lower supply voltages. Generally 0.10 ms/V or 0.2 ms/V is about right.
Sounds like megatune thinks your battery voltages are a little looowwwww.

If your running rich w/ the correction, try making the number smaller.
