The Megasquirt diagram shows (2) 5 amp fuses coming off the same 12v 20 amp circuit. To utilize the factory disconnect I want to combinne the (2) 5 amp circuits into one.
The question is:
Is this possible?
Do I use a 5 amp or 10 amp fuse?
I have my whole system wired and need this information to complete the project (I think)

If it makes you feel any more comfortable, that is what I did. I used a single 10A fuse in my stock fuse box for my injector power. It works fine. Since the 5A fuses would be in parallel and could be powered at the same time, 10A is a good choice for a single fuse. I figure that there is no good reason to separate them. If you blow the fuse on one injector driver, the car is essentially dead in the water. You aren't going anywhere fast with just two cylinders.
