#2387, "MS and constant fuel pump run"

Ok, so I searched around both here and at the mega forums and I am not having any luck finding an answer to this. I finished up the wiring tonight on my MS V2.2, got in the car, opened the laptop, kicked on the key and saw the most beautiful thing ever, all my runtimes kicked on and everything looked good. That is except the annoy drone of a Walboro pump in my tank running constantly. I tied into the wiring from the ecu and obviously the MS is enaging the factory fuel pump relay. Now am I just missing a setting, or is something else going on. The only results I got from a search was a horribly hooked on phonics failed me post from someone else a few days ago with the same problem.
