Well Im running the MS with DSM 450's. The turbo I use is an SC61. A week ago I maxed out the injectors too long and burned up an injector driver. I was pushin 18-20 psi and just for reference, this is on 10.5:1 comp. I know now not to do that anymore.
I fixed the driver and everything is good now. I decided to back down the boost till the duty cycle was reasonable, 80-90ish. The weird thing is, I finally got the DC to 80ish at 10psi. WTF??????
Does this sound right? Even at 12psi, it weirds out under boost. Its spiking on the Megatune at max cycle and it pops a little and sputters. My wideband reads 12.0 at 12-13psi the whole time, no leaning out at all but it acts like its leaning out.

I would say there might still be damage to the flyback ciruit. Not positive though. What are your PW at 80% duty. The Duty cycle is just an estimation made by the MS using the calculations of injector size and PW.
For what its worth, i max out my 550cc injectors with 15psi of boost and 50trim t3/t4. Your SC61 will push higher volumes of air requiring more fuel.

HELLO! 10.5:1 static compression and 12:1 AF isn't going to work. By that point, you're using fuel to both cool off and dampen your air/fuel mixture to stave off knock. If you're seeing 12:1 and leaner mixtures under full load, well no shit its gonna run funny. SOMETHING IS WRONG, ITS LEAN!

Yeah, and with relatively high static compression and a big honkin' turbo you are going to have to keep a close eye on your spark advance. Depending on how good your pistons and cylinder head are at resisting detonation I'd put your timing at peak torque around "18-20 psi" in the 15 degrees ballpark.
