This is great, and i'm looking for a good standalone fuel/ign setup for my 97 eclipse GS 420a...

But, what setup should I get???
MegaSquirt-II Engine Management System w/PCB3 - UnAssembled Kit $247.00

I think I will also need the relayboard.
MegaSquirt Relay Board - UnAssembled Kit $64.00

Is this the kits I should Get???
What other things will i need to get with this?

I'm getting the parts from: DIYAutoTune.com

I just want to have everything, so I can start assebeling it. and then install it...

I want it to be compleatly standalone (I want to remove the Stock ECU)
Oh, Wait. I cant Pass inspection without the Stock ECU... To bad. Its good to have friends in shops...

P.S. If these questions have been answered, Forgive me. PLEASE link to the page with that info. I read a couple of posts and the numbers where not listed.

Both those will work fine for you. The question is not which is the rigth one but how experienced are you are circuit board construction? This is not like soldering your speaker wires. If the slder joints are not done properly you will be left with appx 300.00 of paper weight and be spending another 100.00 to get someone to look at it.

I have experience soldering motherboards, so this is not a problem.

What I really want to know is after the construction of the boards.
As in installation (witch is probebly easy) for the most part.

But I'm really woried about is the programing and tuning. I do have access to a DYNO. I'm just woried about the tuning part and the initial setup to get it to run so I can drive it to the shop and get it dynoed/tuned...

What is required inorder to get to the first startup after installation???

P.S. This is my issue, Because I want to compleatly trash the stock ECU...
