http://www.diyautotune.com/ and http://www.rs-autosport.com/ are the only two main online vendors that I can think of off the top of my head. As Terry said though, there are members on here that build them and actually give you a decent base map to start off with.

They also put up with alot of ignorant questions. And are a big help with everything else you need.
