if your car is an MTX, either call your local satan (dealer), give them the VIN, and have them tell you if in their system it comes up as an ATX 2g. It's rather difficult to swap in an auto harness if you're an MTX. Pointless to do so as well.
If you want to make sure exactly what you have, pop off one of the side panels under your glove box and see if you can see the TCU hidden behind the radio next to the firewall. If you see a harness there, and just an open connector/plug, then it used to be an ATX. Glad to help

On the firewall near the brake master cylinder how many relays are there? Two indicates MTX, three is ATX.
Additionally as 420agreenvilleSC said it is more likely someone performed a MTX swap on it versus installing an ATX wire harness.
