I had a problem and after a couple of months, he fessed up and refunded me. He's asked if the post could be removed from the section so he could rescue his identity. Since I choose not to be a dickhead, I told him that I'd ask.

This has been discussed before, last summer I think. Can they be removed? Yes. Will they be? NO. This keeps an accurate account of who has tried to screw other members or who has not had good transactions.

You can however post that he did make right with you after X amount of time. That is the best solution so others can can see his history and use that to consider dealing with him.
