a number of sites i frequent have little preview boxes that pop up when you hold your cursor over the thread topic link. a box pops up and shows like 3-4 of the first sentences. i guess its nice to be able to see what the topic is about (lets fact it, sometimes the titles leave you guesing) and frankly, id like to just preview it first before i click on the thread. im not sure if its a capability of this forum software...and how much work would be involved. if its too much work, then screw it...but if its fairly simple...i dont think it could hurt

It is extremely annoying. If people would title their threads like intellectual beings and they were actually on the topic of what was being asked then all would be well.
