k, had the HG doen at dodge, about 5K, ago, the decked and so fourth..
i also changed pcv valve and o2 sensor bout 5 k ago.. now my exhaust is still smoking a lil white and smells weird .deff not oil.. i checked my cooland and oil since i jus did the change. and no mixing is goin on.. the coolant is green as go. all the levels are pretty much the same. and oil is fine.. heres a vid of the smoke, i let it idle for 15~20 min with mild reving here and there...

15 ( 56 ) 140 (.51) .31 ( 443 ) 605
25 ( 40 ) 68 ( .49 ) .20 ( 730 ) 290

Is this white smoke coming during idling for extended periods? If it shows up when you're making your way through the drive through, but goes away at speed, it's likely leaky valve seals. Not sure how that would pertain to smog, but it will definitely result in smoking at idle. I'd suggest a leak down test.

If you're sure it is not oil and you are not loosing coolant, it definatley could be the cat because of the emissions thing. Mine had white smoke as well and smelled almost gassy/sulfury when my cat went. I got a brand new Pacesetter High Flow cat from ebay for about 150 I think it was.
