Well the car is acting really stupid. Anytime I start it especially when it's cold it will idle extremely rough. Talking like 200rpm then it will slowly rise up and shoot to 2000rpm. It will do this about 3 times then level out. Very strange problem. Almost thinking it could be an egr problem? It's very irratating having to let this thing warm up when it's already warm cause if I try to take off there is absolutly no power and then when I put the pedal further to the floor it a all of a sudden picks up power. Kind of like it cuts out and comes back. Sometimes does this when driving just looses power then comes back. I've tried two sets of wires so it's not that.

Replace your Idle Air Controller solenoid. Or search for IAC if you don't believe me.

either that or a vacuum leak
and your IAC keeps trying to compensate
of course i had the same problem and it turned out to be my throttle plate was not open enough at idle.
when i sent it out to be bored they did not set the idle screw properly
