I blew a pin hole in my heater hose thats connected to my thermostat housing to the hardline that runs above the exhaust manifold this morning. I bought a replacment of the same ID and OD and same length but I can not get it too budge on either bung all the way. We have tried heating it and still have no luck on it. So my question is to any with the answer to my problem how the heck did ya'll fix this? TIA

It should be 3/4" ID line I believe.

If that's what you got, clean off the barb on the thermostat housing with some sandpaper, then the same on the water pipe (probably some corrosion going on), then lube it with some water, and twist it around and it should go on...
