I have the stock crank pully from a neon here, and it looks like it's different from ours. The alternator belt is the same, but the AC/Power Steering belt is a V style as opposed to my talon's, which is a ribbed style like the alternator.

You can get an Obx underdrive pulley made for the 420a at
conceptillusions.com. I wouldn't go with a neon pulley for it.

Just spend the money and get the AFX from Howell.  It's not
that expensive and it's proven.
