Ok I've searched and tried a few different things (replaced plugs, tested coil and wires, replaced the O2 sensor) nothing has worked. This all started last weekend. What the car is doing is when I am at WOT above 4k RPM it will intermittently misfire. It feels almost like I'm not getting enough fuel. It's not a problem at all during normal driving or under load at low RPM's only when I am at WOT. My next 2 checks are swapping on a known good TPS and replacing the fuel filter again (replaced it in Feb cause the car had sat for 2+ years before I bought it). After that i was thinking maybe try new CAS and CPS, possibly new fuel pump. Is there any one else who has had this problem in the past who can lead me in the right direction. I'd rather not spend a heap of $$ on this if it is a simple fix. I have a spare set of injectors at home in NY but I really don't want to have to pull my upper intake again. Thanks in advance for any helpful info.

Well I replaced MAP IAT and TPS. It's still doing the same thing, I only have codes for EGR (blocked off) and Misfire. I'm beginning to wonder if some how my timing belt jumped a tooth. Well no more time to find out now I have to drive to NY tonight. When I get home I'll drop it off at Satan, because I just want it fixed, and I don't have time to worry about it while I am home I just have way too much going on this next week to have time to figure it out.

So after driving home to NY and scratching my head alot I realized what the problem is. I have several weak valve springs that need to be replaced. Basically from me beating them to death for almost 30k miles I weakened them. Now at high revs the valves can't close fast enough and the misfire is actually a back fire into the intake. The plan is to order and have a set of crane springs along with new rockers and lifters overnighted to me so I can replace the essentials before I have to drive back to GA next friday.

Problem solved finally replaced the CAS and poof problem is gone revvs nice and smooth once again with power all the way to rev limit. For future reference the CAS can cause an intermittent WOT misfire.
