I think the piping is hitting the lower suspension arm. Whats the best way to adjust it? Just benf the hanger?

my pacesetter tubbage rubs on the same shit, only when im makin right turns tho. i can only hear it when i got family in the car cuz i turn down the tunes. a smaller/shorter hanger on the opposite side, pass side of pipes will hold it up higher, but im lazy.

i stuck 1/2 a tennis ball inbetween it a long time ago, but now there is just goo all over the spot where i put it.
next time my shit is on a lift i will fix it, its just a pain in the ass with jack stands
