#97447, "Compression and Leak Down Test Results"

I noticed last night my car was burning some oil....this was after the car was warm and had been idling for atleast 30 minute (cold outside) So I did a compression and leak test today. The leak test was at 90psi.
1)
Compression=185
Leak= 5%
2)
Compression=190
Leak= 3%
3)
Comp.=190
Leak= 6%
4)
Comp.=190
Leak= 7%

Are these numbers pretty much correct? I think they are since they are pretty close but i just wanted to make sure...thanks

When you blow your stock pistons, it'll look like 185-190-190-120.

Minor oil burning is probably from the blowby being rerouted into the intake. Normal for turboed cars.

Stage 2 just means he has an intercooler of some sort. Chances are, he's still running the usual 7-10psi. No biggie.

Numbers look good to me.
