Ok, as I stated before the moteur fuse blew, I dont know why, I have one bare wire that ripped off of my wiring harness that I questioned before but no one knew what it was b/c I dont have any pics. So I taped it up, it is one single black wire that comes apart at a plug, but I dont remember what the other end of the wire had on it or even how it ripped... anyways I taped it just incase it was the cause of the fuse blowing. Now, after I got my battery recharged and tested at autozone(good battery on test) everything idles perfect around 850rpms, heat is working, but I have a code 41 which is the harness for the alt. Now I know it is plugged in there right, b/c I just put that bitch on and I checked it and it seems to be in there good. Any other reasons why I'd have a code 41? I let my car idle for about 20 minutes and my battery light never came on, I even drove it around a little bit. So evidentally it is charging. Thanks guys for helping me w/ my never ending problems.

Motor fuse could have blown for any short. The wire you speak of could be the cause.

As for code 41. Go back to autozone and get me the P code. I work better with the P codes.
