Head gasket and valvecover gasket.

Possibly intake manifold to head gasket, upper to lower intake manifold gaskets, exhaust or header to head gasket. Depending on the shape of those gaskets when you take those things off.

If you want to be sure that you have all possible gaskets, then you can buy a full upper gasket set from the dealer. It has everything you could need...plus some. I figured that if I was going to go through the pain of removing the head, that I would put in all new bolts, gaskets to make sure that everything was perfect.

upper engine gasket set, timing belt, water pump, head bolts (optional, but I would pay the extra $60 just to be safe), dealer's gasket sealer to spray on all gaskets b4 you put them on, if you were thinking about cam gears, and UDP now would be the time to put them on.
