Where is this located on a 2.0 N/T 1996? Fuel Pump?

My car has been having fuel cutting issues while driving and I also can feel a great loss in power. Not to mention the low fuel light comes on (and when it does you can feel the fuel cut with it)sometimes even with a full tank. So I am guessing the fuel pump assembly may be going out on me. The pump, sender, or regulator. One or all of them. Thanks!

the fuel pump is inside the tank
it can be accesed under the right rear seat

the sender is located in the middle under the rear seat

the filter on a 96 is by the right rear tire

my car already came with an aftermarket fuel unit and a return system from the rail but if i am not mistaken the stock 96 has the fpr by the filter

You know what, I changed the fuel filter (which was kind of a b*tch btw) and I think I did see it sitting on top of the filter. Lovely, I could have changed it then!

Ya, I keep getting different answers it seems like. I hear the on my model Eclipse the sender is with the fuel pump and then I hear the sender is a seperate unit. Yet the auto parts stores don't show a saperate unit for the sender ?????
