#96530, "please help, car runs very rough"

Hi, my name is donny wojnar, i drive a 95 eclipse GS, 5-speed.
engine modifications i have are as follows: Basic t3 based custom turbo kit (8 psi). Msd Dis-2 ignition system, wires, ngk plugs (one heat range cooler, gapped to .033). underdrive pulley. aem cam gears.
lighter flywheel, centerforce clutch, egr block off. no cat, and no rear O2 (i didnt do the 02 bypass yet, its just disconected) and a s-afc2.
My car has been running fine for the last few months. However once in a while it would idle rough at stoplights and the a/f guage would lean out. Then the engine would smoothe out and i would be on my way.

A few days ago, i went to start it, and i could hardley make it around the block. when i got back into my gradge i noticed the engine shakeing violently and popping and so forth.
also the a/f guage is constantly all the way rich. i pulled the codes with the key and got:
12-
43-
43-
24-
21-
or as the shop manual says multiple cylinder misfire, or ignitoin primary#1-#2
and tps sensor voltage too high or low.
and ofcourse the code for the missing 02.
i also noticed that the safc says that with the gas pedal all of the way down, it only reads 75.5% throttle, and 0% at idle or with the engine off and key on.
i replace the tps with a spare that i had and it did the same thing.
The harness has 5 volts going to the tps, and if i disconect it, the safc reads 100% throttle.
Its starts up nicely, then after about 5 seconds it starts to stutter and the fuel pressure goes up from 38 to around 48. At 48 it runs like crap. Then it will run good for a second, the fuel pressure drops back down. Then after about 1 minuet or so the fuel pressure rises back up and stays there, and it stutters constantly. I cant drive it without it cutting out, and then getting power back, and then cutting out some more.
thats about it, i would appreciat any help, cause i am stumpped myself. any questions, you know where to find me , thanks
donny
