#96295, "Is there any one in NYC area who would lend me an OBD scanner?"

Well I have a little problem with weird idling while worming up. I was going to buy a scanner at sears but they only had CE code reader. I don't have CE light on and I know it is working.

so before I go on a sensor swapping rampage I would rather take a look at the readings. So If there is any one in the NYC area who has a scanner and wouldn't mind lending it to me for a few days please help.

thanks

I know spark plugs are not a mod but the car runs so smooth now.

I don't believe they have the type of scanner he's looking for. They have CEL checking scanners.

Yeah I don't have CEL light on emoji The car behaves badly only when it's cold, so by the time I get anywhere it will be hot and will work fine. So I need to read the sensor values as it is worming up and not all scanners do that.

May be I should do what .bs0d did in his post and take a video?

Any one with a scanner in my area who will help me diagnose my car. Will receive a 6 pack of beer of his choice from my local friendly supermarket!
