#95856, "ARP Stud problems"

Ok so i've searched and found that the part # for these are correect (141-4202) and the box is labled Dodge Neon DOHC Stud Kit. But when i went to install them they came up short, and I couldnt get the 4 corner bolts to thread in. The studs appear to be thicker than the stock head bolts as well. Anyone else have this problem?

I want to say there are two sizes, but looking at this picture I took when I did my HG with them last July, maybe I'm mistaken...

Sounds like you were sent a set of Jetta / 2.4L headstuds.

On the 2.0L, the corner studs are shorter because the corner bolt holes aren't as deep as the middle six. if all ten studs are the same length, you've got the wrong stuff.

Otherwise, make sure the head is all the way down on the dowels ...

Called ARP and Competition Warehouse today, apparently they were misspackaged at ARP, since the guy has 3 sets, which are all wrong, and ARP overnighted them direct to me today, so its all taken care of.
