Just curious since I have access to two pairs of them, will the stratus 2.4L cams fit in our head, and if so make any difference?

they will physically fit inside except

1 you will have an exhaust cam for your intake
2 you will have an intake cam for your exhaust
3 the magnet for the cam sensor will be way off , timming will be screwed
4 even in the 2.4 they are bad cams with no lobes made for a mom and pop grocery getter
