#95700, "Battery light turns on, then turns off."

Another thread for another problem. For a 1995 GS m/t 130,000 miles.

I've ran a search and did not come across anything related to what I'm experiencing. This has only happened on the highway so far. Occasionally, when I'm cruising on the highway I'll get behind some pretty slow traffic and I'll drop it down a gear... no 3rd gear dropping, just a mild drop in 4th to get the pace going. As I'm giving it about 3/4th throttle I notice that my battery light will come on. I also believe I have a problem with a possible bad ECU... maybe. My car will shut off randomly and I'll have to restart it. The car will also jerk really bad under load and the RPMs will drop and raise violently; during this time, the CEL will turn on and I do the keydance and get PO335 (No crank reference signal at PCM). I have not replaced the crank shaft position sensor. <--hell, this might even be the problem.

Now, when my car randomly shuts off, the battery light as well as the CEL will be off until I go through all this again, sometimes not even starting with the battery light but with all the jerking (not to be homosexual or anything, lol). I used my airconditioning today (January?) and whenever I turn it off my RPMs will raise to about 1300. It always does this, but now, it will then fall to about 500RPM after 1300RPM and then raise back up to normal idle speed. This car is vveeird. Could my IAC sensor also be going bad?

Some other things to mention:
I have had this car for almost a year and have not replaced the alternator, nor do I know when it has been replaced. I run Mobile 1 oil religiously every 3,000 miles. Coil pack, starter, battery, Camshaft Position Sensor, front o2 sensor, ASD relay, wires and plugs have all been replaced.
