Anyone know how much of a voltage increase is being put on a map sensor per 1 psi of boost?

The Map sensor tops out at 5v. The ECU will throw a code if it sees more than 4.7v for 2 seconds or more. If your workign on a Voltage clamp then aim for 4.63v thats what i do and i have yet to see a problem.

None. it's a 1 bar sensor.
