I recently got a used Greddy cat-back system from a friendwho has a 97 NT. The thing is, he lives in Minnesota so the connections are a bit rusted with some (but not alot) of corrosion but not to the point in which it is unusable. I have the stock exhaust system on right now. My question is, would the rusted catback system be worth putting on? Will it increase airflow by a significant amount over the stock? I was thinking about just putting on the muffler to give it the agressive look and sound. Any input or suggestions would be great! Thanks for the time.

No rusted holes. Just some surface corrosion around the points of connection. It doesn't look like anything will break or snap because of the corrosion either.

I think it should be fine. I'm from MN originally (live in Texas right now with college) and I'm used to seeing stuff like that. I don't think you should have a problem.

GReddy= Nice a little rust will come off with a wire wheel if your concerned about it but should be nothing major. Just throw it on there with a couple new gaskets and you'll be good to go.
