I am aware that are motors have water HEATED TB's. Correct me if I'm wrong but even with a CAI wouldn't the temp in the manifold still very minimally? The engine coolent temp is in the hundreds and it may be only 70 degrees outside but that 70 degree air traveling into manifold would be first hit by a warm/hot TB. I now this is done to prevent ICING on the TB butterfly valve in cold wheather but would it effect me in the summer to bypass the water away from my TB. Has anyone done this to a DSM yet?

we don't have any coolant lines going throw our TB, 4G63s do tho.

Than what are those coolent lines running above the headers toward the TB? Do they run into the firewall and into the heater core or something?

these are not coolant lines. I think it's the EVAP return line (it retun the gas vapor back to the TB to be burned)

That is exactly what they do and where they run.
