#95261, "Headers wont come off!!"

Alright, I got a turbo kit thats supposed to be coming in on wednesday so im trying to get as much stuff done as possible.

Got the front bumper off, downpipe, o2 sensor, intake all off but the damn header wont come off. I got all the nuts and bolts off of it but that thing wont budge, It must be corroded on there. Anyone else have this problem, cuz I searched and didnt find any tips. Everything else came off easy but this thing is pi$$ing me off and yes Im positive, every nut and bolt is out; PB blaster its ass or heat it up?!?! Help!

Header or stock exhaust mani? If it's a header, there's no telling what kinda gunk is holding it on, it may need some heat.. If it's the stock mani, tap it with a ball peen a couple of good times at either end, this should break the gasket loose.. There are a couple of studs, so don't worry about it just falling to the floor when it comes loose..

Good luck with the install..
