I've had an AFX UDP on my car for over a year now and have always reused the stock bolt.
Stock bolt spec is M12 - 1.75 pitch not exactly sure on the length though. Torque to 45 ft.lbs. I've found using a longer bolt helps with removing the pulley.
The overhaul manual specifies an M12 1.75 x 150mm long bolt used for installing the pulley using 2 special tools. I just used a block of wood and a mallet and drove it on till it was on all the way.
But this tells you to use a 120mm long bolt, I think it doesn't matter so long as you don't bottom it out and strip the threads.
it's been a while since I did mine, but I think I used a 150mm long bolt as well, they are kinda hard to find, I remember searching around alot for a suitable bolt. good luck!
----------- the first solution that comes to mind for any new problem with my car usually involves a can of gas and a match...
