Ok heres the prob that I've been having for a couple weeks now, each time I accelarate I get this pffff pffff pffffff sound from my exhaust n hesitates n like its gonna die or something each n everytime whenever I'm between the rpm range of 0-2.5 n mph of 0-25

then shortly after it runs just fine n then when i break n get down there it starts all over again. I dont know if this is of any help but I checked my exhaust n its charcol color (black as hell). By any chance could be my headgasket is blown? or is it something else.

Plugs. Plug wires. Check them out. Report condition and gap. Or, just replace them all and the wires.

Yeah, check the plugs. If it's not that, it sounds like you may have an air/ fuel mixture problem.
