Hey I just did my timing belt, Checked everything 4 times, marks line up perfect, the stop pin can go in and out of the tensioner with ease. Now when I first started the car CE came up, I was nervous for a little but after running for a wile (getting air out of cooling system) I shut it off disconnect the battery and the CE shut off. Car runs fine now. How ever if in N or in P I rev it up it up to some high rpm like 4k and let of the gas RPM comes down and for a second stops at 1100-1200 and then lowers to idle. Don't know if car has done this before the timing job. Is this normal?
Also I have installed AFX can it be because computer still adjusting to the lighter load? The car is Auto. I see no difference in cars behavior otherwise

I'd say so. 2GNTs always have idle weirdness after a computer reset.

Ok I will keep an eye on it for the next couple of weeks see if it will go away, with all the computer learning and readjusting and shit, I will report back if the problem disappears or not.
Also cuz CE came on as i described above, is it still stored in the memory after reset? should I go to AutoZone and check it, just out of curiosity.
