I bought my 3" cat at road race engineering (100.00). it comes without flanges so you will need to weld those on. As far as a test pipe, look up small muffler shops, the ones that are tiny and ask them without a receipt for a pip for the drag strip. they might accomodate you. if you call on the phoen they will deny you so def go in and ask.

Matt (XtremeRS) might make you one too. Hit him up. I don't know if he's done 3"ers b4 though

or take a peice of 3" exhaust tube, weld on 2 flanges and you have yourself a 3" test pipe! lot cheaper than a cat.

yea i spent like 20$ to make mine. 4 flanges and a piece of 3" pipe.
