#93139, "ECU Harness wire color codes same for 98 and 97"

I tried to search but got no solid answer. Heres the problem my ecu and most of its harness got in a fire. My car is 98 and I got a new 98 ECU. I have to cut the the burnt harness off. I found a new harness from a 97 but will the color codes match the the wires of my existing 98 harness ?

http://www.2gnt.com/nuke/modules.php?name=Sections&op=listarticles&secid=12

check it out, go to 97 ECU pin outs and 98 ECU pin outs and see if they match, it looks like a couple pins are different but not many

I am not sure but i think the 98 Ecu plugs are different? Look into it when you pick up the 97 harness.

ECU Plugs are definitely different. 96-97 same plugs, 98-99 same plugs. 95 all on it's own.
