would i run into any problems yankin the motor out of my 96 and droppin in a 95 motor, any minor changes made from year to year that i need to be aware of? TIA and sorry again about the question

I didn't think there would be but i wanna check before i buy the engine just in case

And even so, if you're re-using your own sensors and bolt-ons, this isn't even a problem. If you're going to rebuild the bottom end, you just bolt all the rest of your old engine to the new block. If you're rebuilding the entire long block (block and head), you still bolt up your own sensors, intake/exhaust manifolds, fuel rail, yadda, yadda, yadda. If you've got a good price, go for it.

Oh yeah, and I see what you mean by not knowing what to search for with this subject. You might try searching perf/eng for things like "engine differences, 95 block," and the source of the most frustration mid-rebuild with people who use a 95 block, "95 bearings." emoji
