This is what it says about the deal:

http://catalog.exileracing.com/product_info.php?cPath=215_248_223&products_id=425&osCsid=a6c51d2a8800d9c28236ce8aaf8ff140

Exile Racing porting and polishing is a good way to open up the air flow into and out of your engine. A mild street port with the standard 3 angle valve job or step up to the race port, or add a 5 angle valve job to the package.

Heads checked for warpage and cleaned. Extra charge for head milling, and replacement of valve stems seals depending on the condition of your core.

Upgrades to valves, valve springs and retainers are available as well as bronze valve guides if needed, or just wanted.

Core charge is $150, refundable upon receipt of your head, in useable condition.

Please contact sales@exileracing.com for detailed pricing for what you want done to the head, and to arrange this work.

When is the money spending going to stop on this fucking car?!

Ok Let me try guy's.
You have 2 options on this.
1.Yes you can send them your head and wait for them to do all the work and send it back.
2. You can buy the head and pay an extra $150 (core charge) at time of purchace. Then they will ship your head out sooner (maybe same day if they have some ready to ship) and you will send back the old one, and then they will send you your $150 back.
For future reference core charge is an important concept in the automotive world. It basicly means pay a little more up front to get the good part now, then get a refund when you send the bad part back. Does this clear things up a little bit?

I edited to the wiki!
