just as it says...ive been getttin alot of air out of the gas tank when i loosen the cap lately...is this normal or no???

yes. its normal, it may not happen all the time. there is air in the tank from taking off the cap and when you put it back on and it gets hot all the gases expand and you get a woosh of air...
