I have trouble Starting my car. It will start randomly. Sometime it starts right away and sometime it take 5 minutes of cranking to start it. It might go a week without a problem starting . Then it goes back to have trouble. It does not have CEL. I did check the fuel rail and when I push on the valve gas only dripped out. So I turn the key to the on position and check the valve again nothing came out. So I crank the car for a little while then checked it again and nothing came out. So I am wondering if it could be the fuel pump or filter?

I can hear what sound like a motor running coming from under the seat. So it has to be the filter. How hard is it to chance because I am live in an apartment. Is there a trick to it?
