Two things... First off, what brand should i be looking at for intake manifolds (best and worst please?)

And is this pulley for a 420a? Howell is very descriptive ....

That is an AFX pulley, but it is, as described, for a Neon. It will not work with the 2GNT accessories.

The best intake manifold thus far is made by Mopar/Mitsubishi. It can be found under your hood for the price of $Free.00

I doubt the 2k up neon pulley will fit. I really don't know. But here is the link to the one that will.

EDIT: I misread where you said intake manifold. If you are/have been a v8 guy, it is an understandable mistake.

no the pulley wont work on a 2g search harder on ebay you can do better than 140 dollars, and as for the intake manifold goes get a factory one or take yours off and have it ported and polished, its by far your best fix on that matter.
