I did a search to find out which plug was my sending unit and didnt help. I have one sending unit in the middle of my block with the red tab everyone mentions and the sending unit closest to the drivers side doesnt have a red tab and is not bright green. Can anyone confirm that the oil sending unit I need for a pressure gauge is the one closest to the drivers side? Its on a 95 Talon ESi

Life is short...sucks huh?

On a 95 if you havent changed the harness plug, you may not have a red tab. the plug was changed in 97. if you are replacing the sensor you will need to buy the new plug as well and solder it into the harness (or crimp if you choose).

now if the red tab has been broken off then that is possible. I am not sure if the oil sender in 95 had the chrysler plug or not so get the plug off first then see. if the plug look like a similer design as your can sensor then you will need a new style plug. the older plug used round pins in the sensor and the newer one had flat pins.

the sensor will be all the way on the driver side right by the tranny. It will be the largest sensor.

there are pictures on this same page
