About how much power can I expect to gain from OBX racing headers and an OBX intake manifold off of eBay. I can most likely get both for under $500 shipped to my door. Is that a good deal?
I also plan on buying a bored TB, UDP, and high flo cat down the road.

Yes thats an excellent deal... DO IT!
Now that i got the sarcasm out of my system, i would say DONT DO IT! I WOULD say, to buy my stock intake manifold and have a shop p&p it. Much cheaper, and i have heard the OBX/Venom mani's require some modification.
As for the Header, do some research on 4-1 and 4-2-1 and decide which one is right for you. I personally chose the 4-2-1, and i believe the obx is 4-1 but i could be wrong and PERSONALLY i dont trust any products from OBX but im not saying that out of experience, thats just my opinion.
P&P stock intake manifold = ~$100-$150 Pacesetter 4-2-1 header = $100(used) OR ~$150(new) Total = ~$200-$300
Definitely do a search on these before you buy anything. i remember reading atleast a dozen threads on these topics before i made my decision and that was like a year ago.

Thats a great deal for headerS and a mani. Since our cars only use 1 HEADER... you can sell the other one and buy something else!!!

Ok thank you for your help and yes I know I just realized I wrote headers, oh well I'm used to building chevy V8's and this is my first Import. So I'm new to all of this. How hard is the removal of the stock intake manifold to have it ported and polished? And also anyone have any experiance with the DC Sports 4-2-1 Header? Thanks
Also is it better to have the stock TB bored rather than buying an aftermarket one?

Well, the only "aftermarket" TBs are by modern performance and are 60mm. Its up to you.
I say, buy a used manifold (upper and lower) and TB. Send them off to be port and polished, gasket matched, and the TB bored to 57mm. This will eliminate downtime if its a daily driver. Then install them and sell yours on here so someone can do the same and the cycle continues.
Its an easy job to tear off the mani. Some bolts are tricky back there. I used a chiltons as there is a step by step walkthrough with 420a pix. Big help and able to be done in an afternoon if its your first one.

thanks, and what is the diff between the 4-1 and 4-2-1 headers for these cars? Also about how much would it cost to have the stock manifold p&p & throttle body bored with the gasket matching? thanks again

The difference in a header for our cars from design to design and company to company is really negligible. They really don't do anything for our cars, save your money for a turbo kit.

Header cost $200-$450 difficulty 2 approx. wheel HP: 1-2 at high RPMS, much more at low RPMS approx. ¼ mile improvement: typically none comment: A header reduces some restriction in your exhaust path, but more importantly tunes your car’s exhaust to provide power at certain points in the RPM range. Typically a header does not add very much top end power to our cars and does little, if anything, for the ¼ mile. <b>But, a header is still an effective modification since it does add significant low end power which helps to greatly improve performance on the street.</b> A header could prove more effective for drag racing and top end power with a VERY short runner design and with more extensive modifications.

its not an import. the car is built in normal, IL and the engine is built in trenton, NJ.
2005 Legacy GT Ltd, Garnet Red Pearl speak softly and spool a big turbo
60mm is nice, but like they say with our intakes, extra material needs to be added if you you want the intake port matched to 60. I would guess thats why most generally go with the 55mm.

Actually most people chose to go with 55mm because the most power is derived when you reach the proper ammount of volume matched with the proper intake air velocity.
When you increase the throttle body to 60 mm you're getting more air, yes, but you're also killing the air velocity. 55mm has been flow tested and proven to be the most ideal throttle body size for our cars.
Now if you go turbo throw all that out the window, but you'll still have to ad material to the intake manifold neck in order to bore it out large enough for a 60mm intake opening.
