A friend of mine has a 98 eclipse 5-speed, OBX intake manifold ram air and header back Greddy exhaust its an RS and i think that is all thats done to it other than lowering springs rims tint and all that interior exterior stuff, well....for some reason out of no where it will only rev to 4000, he says it bounces off the 4k mark as if it rev limits or something?, could this be clogged fuel pump dirty injectors or something like that or could it be ECU problems?? i have no idea, he said that 2g's have a fail safe mode thing like if something is wrong it will do that, like if a sensor is going out or somthing...i dunno about that, weather its true or not, i've never heard of it. please help if u can the sooner the better. thanks
